Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to anyone sharing a HoldSay referral link or code — customers using the in-app Invite page and invited creators using a stats link. Sharing your link means you accept these terms.

1 · What you earn

• 25% cash commission on what your referred friend actually pays for HoldSay (after their discount, before payment fees are yours to worry about — we absorb those).
• Your friend gets 15% off through your link. Rewards are tracked automatically via your ?ref= code.
• Instead of cash, you may spend earnings in-app on device slots and gift licenses.

2 · 30-day hold

Each commission stays on hold for 30 days after the purchase (refund protection). If the order is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed — including after unlock, in which case your balance can go negative and future earnings offset it first.

3 · Payouts

• Cash payouts go out on the 1st of each month, from ¥200 (Alipay) or $30 (bank) of available balance. Smaller balances roll over — nothing expires.
• Payouts are sent via Wise to the Alipay account or bank account you set. The receiving name must match your ID (Wise requirement).
• Changes to payout details take effect after a 72-hour security hold.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.

4 · Disclosure — required by law

If you promote HoldSay publicly, you must make clear that you earn a commission. In one sentence per region:

• United States: the FTC Endorsement Guides require a clear and conspicuous disclosure of your material connection (your commission) in every post.
• European Union / UK: consumer-protection and unfair-commercial-practices rules require commercial intent to be identifiable — label the post as advertising.
• China (mainland): the Advertising Law and platform rules (e.g. 小红书) require paid promotion to be labelled — mark it 广告/推广 and disclose the commission.

5 · Your status

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship with HoldSay or its operating company, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

6 · Fair play — when we withhold

We reserve the right to pause, withhold or void commissions and close referral accounts for: self-referrals, coupon/spam sites, misleading claims, trademark bidding, purchases made with stolen payment methods, artificial or incentivized purchases, or any activity we reasonably consider abusive or unlawful. Paused accounts keep accruing legitimate earnings while we review. We may amend these terms; continued sharing after changes means acceptance.
